INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Duties include:

  • Prepare quotations and job cost estimations, including Cut Sheets, and Quotation Cost Work Sheets by due date
  • Enter sales order and coordinate special requirements
  • Provide excellent service response to new and existing customers and prospects
  • Make daily contact calls to build and maintain customer relationships and create sales opportunities, follow-up on quotes, obtain new orders, and increase the customer base
  • Support and assist outside sales people as needed to obtain orders and promote sales opportunities
  • Review and update quote status reports with salesperson
  • Submit requests for raw material pricing from outside vendors
  • Interface with customers, sales personnel, and other departments to resolve problems
  • Handle incoming sales calls
  • Provide quotes and product information that are both simple and technical

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED at a minimum
  • Prior experience with ERP software
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment preferred

EDM OPERATOR

Duties include:

  • Program and operate four Wire EDM machines using MasterCam software. Knowledge of AutoCad a plus.
  • Completing all aspects of set up and set up maintenance on the equipment being operated including installation and alignment of tooling, fixtures, and their holders
  • Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.
  • Completing routine machine PM and daily machine/workspace clean up as required.

Requirements:

  • Five years’ experience programming and operating Wire EDM machines.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Follow procedures and instructions per ISO requirements.
  • Good written & verbal skills.
  • Able to work overtime when necessary.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER

If you are pursuing an opportunity to work with a growing Cleveland east side manufacturing company with multiple plants in North America, then we may be your solution.  As a Systems Engineer you will be responsible for the company’s IT network, design, implementation, and troubleshooting of all equipment, hardware, software, and communications systems.  To be successful in this role, a qualified candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives using their strong project management skills.  

Your major responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Design, implement and administer all Company networks (including WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN, Video).
  • Pro-actively ensure stability, response time, and life cycle over the network.
  • Coordinate implementations of all network components (routers, switches, etc.) and solutions, including troubleshooting procedures.
  • Search, qualify, and propose monitoring/management/administration solutions and tools to determine short/long term requirements.
  • Manage networking-related services such as security, mobility, remote access, internet access; acting at the technical level subject matter expert.
  • Act as a point of contact for support, to include data/voice/video network equipment troubleshooting support and deployment.
  • Design long-range plans to upgrade and replace current user equipment, i.e. desktops, laptops, printers, copiers and other hardware.

To be considered for this challenging role, your qualifications will include:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS or CS.  Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Network design and administration.
  • Cisco CCNP, CCNP Voice or CCIE certification is required.
  • Experience with WAN/LAN/VLAN/WLAN/Video management and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communication Systems, including UCM, UCX and Unity Connection is a plus.
  • Proven experience in design and troubleshooting data networks including physical layer infrastructure, servers, LAN/WAN hardware, software, data transmission facilities and interconnecting devices.
  • Experience with switches, hubs, routers, firewall, Proxy server, Content switch (Cisco, Palo Alto).
  • Knowledge of Cisco routers, TCP/IP, EIGRP routing, BGP routing, Voice over IP, Voice over Internet.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, VPN, Citrix and VM Ware is required
  • Experience with Help desk software implementation is required
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of configuration and maintenance of networking equipment.
  • Experience with network security, including Firewall configuration and data encryption.
  • Ability to conduct network project assessments from start to finish, including creating and maintaining detailed project plans, scope of work, and other technical documentation of all moves, adds, and changes for the global network environment.
  • Ability to evaluate existing communications systems, identify deficiencies, and make network performance recommendations
  • Ability in developing and recommending strategies for network growth, performance, security, and other network enhancements by maximizing functionality of existing technologies and providing recommendations for upgrades as needed.
  • Manage and direct department subordinates to complete projects within critical deadlines.
  • Must be available during off hours to provide systems outage support.
  • Willing to travel as needed.

ROLL FORM ENGINEER

We have an immediate opening for a Roll Form Engineer at our Mentor, Ohio location.

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer specifications to design and develop form roll and/or tube and pipe tooling products.
  • Design tooling using AutoCad and/or COPRA software.
  • Monitor design from start to finish, including various phases of production.
  • Work directly with internal departments to resolve design functionality issues prior to shipment.
  • Travel to customers and vendors to provide technical assistance as required.
  • Provide technical assistance to Sales department.

Requirements:

  • Technical certification or degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the design and engineering of roll form tooling using AutoCad.
  • COPRA software knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Proficient at Microsoft office products – Word, Excel, Outlook.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR - NIGHT SHIFT - MENTOR, OH

Roll-Kraft is seeking an experienced CNC machine operator for its night shift.  Knowledge of CNC controls, load and edit programs, ability to perform set up, read blueprints, and inspect machine parts using gauges and micrometers.  Strong reading, math, computer skills required.  Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.  Job requires frequent walking, sitting, stooping, crouch, bending, and standing.  This is a fast-pace environment that involves the ability to multi-task.
