Roll-Kraft has recently entered into an agreement with a well-known tube and pipe manufacturer, which names Roll-Kraft as the supplier for all tooling requirements for their roll forming and tube & pipe mills. The new partnership was kicked off with an in-house seminar held in their state-of-the-art training center at the corporate headquarters.
The initial training seminar included personnel from all shifts, and was attended by tube mill operators, setup technicians, roll room personnel, supervisors, and management.
Roll-Kraft is committed to providing custom-designed tooling and equipment that will improve production and minimize the costs involved in setups and changeovers. Utilizing the experienced engineering staff at Roll-Kraft, and the availability of virtual testing of tooling designs on a virtual mill before manufacturing (using FEA Copra software), assures customers of a quality product, accurately designed to meet their needs, as well as a potential savings in production costs over the life of the tooling.
