Roll-Kraft’s latest innovation is this Ardcor high-speed, quick-change cut-off system, known as the Rapid-Konvert Cut-Off System. The press, die, and closed-loop servo-driven controls provide accurate cut lengths throughout the entire speed range, by a simple touch of the screen. The integrated die frame, cylinder, and carriage are unique to the industry, because of the ability to quickly change between vertical and angular cuts.

The press, die, and closed-loop servo-driven controls provide accurate cut lengths throughout the entire speed range, by a simple touch of the screen. The integrated die frame, cylinder, and carriage are unique to the industry, because of the ability to quickly change between vertical and angular cuts.
Other Features:
- QUICK-CHANGE DIE INSERTS – The inserts are round for easy conversion between vertical- and angle-cut applications. Inserts are designed for long life, and are easily sharpened, using any conventional grinder.
- QUICK-CHANGE DIE & CYLINDER – The die set with hydraulic cylinder is easily rotated within the frame for vertical or angled cutting action. No need to remove hoses or change die sets … one die set does it all.
- HIGH SPEED – Over 600 feet per minute, and based on application, much greater speeds are possible (contact Roll-Kraft for more details).
- PRECISION LINEAR RAILS – Providing you with an ultra quiet and low-maintenance system.
- SERVO-DRIVEN ACCELERATOR – An electric servo motor and controls provide very accurate and repeatable cuts within the specified range, by simply entering the desired speed on the display screen.
- ADAPTABLE – Ardcor’s Rapid-Konvert Cut-Off System may be fully integrated with existing equipment (contact Roll-Kraft for further details).
