Roll Forming Powered Straighteners remove coil curvature (coil set), as well as maintain the proper loop storage necessary for a feed-to-stop stamping or other process within a Roll Forming system. Straighteners are available in a variety of designs from 5- to 21-roll configurations, with capacities ranging from .040” through .375” material thicknesses, and 6” through 84” material widths. Special application straighteners are also available.

Pull-Through Straighteners:

Pull-through straighteners are ideally suited for applications where looping pits are not required, yet a coil set must be removed. Configured with five, seven, or nine rolls, these pull-through straighteners also include a driven pinch roll that permits threading of the coil through the straighteners. The driven pinch roll is disengaged once the material enters the roll forming mill.
