Roll Forming Roll-feeders provide accurate and repeatable indexing of the coiled material for feed-to-stop punching operations within a roll forming system. Roll feeders are servo driven and include operator controls with an LCD display. Servo roll feeders are available in capacities ranging from .040” through .600” material thicknesses and 6” through 84” material widths.

Special applications, such as a combination servo roll feeder and straightener, are also available. Servo roll feeders can be mounted directly to the punching press or on their own heavy-duty fabricated base.
