User friendly touch screens and completely automated adjustment capabilities make costly changeover times a thing of the past. You can see your section/part or product on the screen and store it in memory!
Angular rolls precisely bisect the exact angle of forming to produce the most uncompromising part profile possible.

Panel adjustment utilizes anti-backlash adjustment mechanism and servo adjustment to insure exact, repeatable positioning for various part widths with no human interaction or costly and time consuming gauging fixtures required.
Forming stands are precision machined and designed to freely adjust while giving you the most consistent repeatable performance and many years of dependable service.
Integral center support system is designed to give maximum support for wide sections that require it and remain in the mill for all but the narrowest of parts. When removal is required the system is designed for the absolute minimum of interaction required to keep changeover times fast and simple. Touch screen user interface puts your entire inventory of parts at your fingertips.
Touch screen user interface includes HELP screens to aid the operator and diagnostic tools allowing you to precisely monitor the status of any part of the mill and forming process.
Operating screen includes a Mill Speed Control feature which allows you to adjust the mill speed, monitor the motors input current, and display the servo motors operating status.
Optional Ethernet connection allows remote access to the AutoPro 315 for monitoring or troubleshooting.
Auto adjustment of tooling for multiple gages of material allows you to change over the mill to run part thickness with the simple push of a button.
Auto adjustment of tooling is designed to give exact and precise adjustment to run any thickness of part with no need to recalibrate system. Roll-Kraft is the first to offer this consistent adjustment and only the AutoPro 315 can say this. Auto gage feature is divided into multiple forming cells in the initial passes and is then put on each individual pass toward the end of the forming process to insure the highest quality part possible. The electronic “brain” of the AutoPro 315 knows exactly where each pass of tooling is at all times and can be monitored from a central location. This feature also allows custom adjustment of specific areas within the forming process without disrupting the main programming. NO OTHER MILL can offer this level of precision adjustment capability with absolute consistency!
Manual override of the electronic adjustment is possible via mechanical adjustments being built into all components. This allows custom forming needs to be addressed without the need to reprogram the mill. The AutoPro 315 knows where each and every pass of tooling is at all times and can be easily returned to its pre-programmed position or taught new positions with
minimal input.
Adjustment of stands is simple from the operator’s console and can be done in rough increments to rapidly move the tooling or in fine increments to allow absolute precision adjustment. Roll-Kraft that offers this level and type of precision, repeatable adjustment!
The AutoPro 315 is a completely self-contained platform. Additional floor space for electrical cabinets is not required because all components are mounted right to the AutoPro 315 base. Because of this there is no need for cables and conduit to be all over your floor.
Powered or unpowered Straightener options available for consistent ejection of finished parts when running precut blanks. Straightener automatically adjusts for varying part widths and is also manually adjustable with precision digital indicators to give you the most options the industry can offer!
Multi-use jog pendant option allows mobile operation of mill and adjustment of the tooling and panels from any location on or around the mill.
