Turksheads are used to straighten round tube and pipe as well as re-shape rounds into various final products.

Features:

  • Heavy duty, steel construction
  • Single or double head configuration
  • Three or four roll, independently adjustable cluster configuration
  • Roll cluster adjustable for forming of rounds as well as squares and rectangles both flat and "on the diamond"
  • Any combination of side to side, up and down, and/or radial adjustment available
  • Mechanical digital read outs for repeatable adjustment available
  • "Rafted" style clevis assy available for quick change without disrupting current tooling set up
  • If required, additional quick change/set-up features available
  • Can be used to remove, twist and orient seam during profile forming
  • Unit available in standard configurations or custom configurations to fit specific needs
