Before: This is a simulation of an initial tooling design to produce 1.250 OD x .022 wall ASME SA268 stainless steel tubing. Simulation was completed through the fin passes. The results show strip edge wave present.
After: This is a simulation of the revised tooling design to produce 1.250 OD x .022 wall ASME SA268 stainless steel tubing. Again the simulation was completed through the fin passes. The results show a much improved strip edge condition.
