Roll-Kraft Introduces Versatile Edgeform Design™ - A new roll design to reduce your tooling cost and produce more tubing with less rolls.

Unlike other roll designs that form the strip edges only in the first breakdown pass, Versatile Edgeform Design forms the edges in every pass before entering the fin passes. This progressive edgeforming is accomplished by increasing the amount of strip that is formed by the edgeform radii of the rolls. This results in a rounder tube entering the fin passes. Your fin passes are now doing less forming and doing what they are designed to do – remove impurities and burrs from the strip edge for a more consistent and higher quality weld.
