I am thankful for the exceptional service that you and the rest of the team at Roll-Kraft provided to help get us out of a very difficult situation. We have been using your tooling somewhat continuously for more than 3 years. Recently we discovered excessive wear in some of the tools. We have not encountered that issue yet with any of the tooling that we have purchased from Roll-Kraft, and we have not been inspecting the tools for wear. With your help, we quickly diagnosed the problem and began the repair.

I know that your factory is extremely busy right now, and I need to thank your team for figuring out a way to expedite our emergency situation. We made the decision to buy from Roll-Kraft because we trusted your ability to design, produce and service our needs.
