John Zienka is an account manager with Roll-Kraft. He has spent 16 years with the company.
John works closely with his roll forming customers to develop solutions to a wide variety of roll forming needs.
He stays up-to-date on the latest industry trends by attending various seminars, such as the FMA roll forming seminar as well as participating in Roll-Kraft’s tube and pipe and roll forming training seminars.
Shawn Mitchell is an account manager with Roll-Kraft. He has been with the company for 16 years and has over 18 total years of industry experience.
Shawn works closely with Roll-Kraft customers to improve production efficiencies with advanced roll designs, education, training services, rebuilding and upgrading their existing equipment, spare mill components, technical services and seminars.
Shawn has completed a variety of training courses to continually provide his customers with unparalleled service. These include Dale Carnegie Training, Sales and Customer Service Training with Marvin Montgomery and Jeffery Gitomer’s TrainOne certification.
Shawn received his Economics & Finance degree at John Carroll University. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer as well as a Lector at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Wickliffe, Ohio.
Keith is a Technical Performance Specialist. He has over 23 years of sales experience with companies such as Sherwin-Williams and Pella Windows. Most recently, he spent six years in the elevator industry.
As a Technical Performance Specialist, Keith works closely with his customers to improve production efficiencies and develop solutions tailored specifically to their needs and requirements.
Keith received his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and management from Heidelberg University.
Gary Rusnak is an inside sales associate, who works in support of the outside sales staff. He has been with Roll-Kraft for more than three years and began his career at Roll-Kraft in sales and marketing.
Gary has over 35 years’ experience in manufacturing, serving the metal coil processing and heavy machine markets as a sales engineer, quality manager and project manager. He has extensive international sales experience and has also served as an on-site installation, training and commissioning supervisor.
Gary attended Lake Erie College and continues his industrial market research efforts looking for process improvement and new technology related to the metals markets.
Brian is a Performance Support Specialist. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the outside sales staff through cost estimating, producing quotes and all customer service-related issues concerning the processing of orders. Brian is also responsible for producing newer and improved tools to streamline the cost estimating process.
Brian has 22 years of experience in the information technology field serving manufacturing, industrial, distribution and medical facilities. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information science with a concentration in finance from Cleveland State University.
Bret Molnar is a senior technical advisor at Roll-Kraft. He has been with the company for more than 35 years.
Bret originally began his career at Roll-Kraft as a machinist. Over the first 10 years of his career he worked on nearly every machine at the company in addition to doing all of the incoming tooling inspections for rework. He later moved into regrind engineering and specialized in updating and new design development, which is his current area of focus.
Throughout his 35 years of experience, Bret has earned a reputation as one of the industry’s technical assistance experts. He is a member of the board of the Fabricators & Manufacturers Assocation (FMA) and has participated in the organization’s technical events and webcasts. Bret also shares technical advice with customers through Roll-Kraft regional seminars as well as onsite trainings. He also is a key contributor to Roll-Kraft’s online “Ask the Doctor” technical advice feature.
Bret stays current with the latest tube, pipe and roll forming industry developments and achieved numerous industry certifications over the years.
Robert Sladky is the vice president of tube mill engineering at Roll-Kraft. He has been associated with the company for more than 30 years and has spent over 40 years working in the tube and pipe industry.
Robert is the author of many technical articles and videos on the Roll-Kraft website, and he serves as one of the main resources for Roll-Kraft’s Ask the Doctor online question and answer feature. In addition to these responsibilities, Robert also organizes all of Roll-Kraft’s trade show appearances as well as the company’s regional seminars.
Throughout his career, Robert has made hundreds of technical presentations at a variety of industry association events. He continues to present on a regular basis, including recent appearances at Fabtech. Due to his frequent and well-received educational efforts, Robert was awarded with the Tube & Pipe Association (TPA) Industry Education Activities Award in 2003.
In addition to the TPA, Robert has been involved with and served with many industry associations including Fabricators & Manufacturers Association (FMA) as well the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).
David is director of product applications at Roll-Kraft. He has been with the company for 15 years and has 40 years of industry experience.
Prior to joining Roll-Kraft, David gained a wide variety of industry experience, from running roll forming mills to mill setup to process engineering to plant engineering.
In his current role, David is responsible for providing customers with his in-depth technical and product application knowledge to assist with the resolution of product questions and problems. He is also instrumental in the development of Roll-Kraft seminars on set-up and troubleshooting techniques.
David is responsible for all tooling requiring testing at Roll-Kraft and as well as the customer’s plant. He develops try-out departmental procedures including: tool matching, testing and tooling revision documents as well as training manuals for new try-out technicians. He produces sample inspection reports and provides customer service involving communication during and after section approval process.
Additionally, David provides effective information to design engineers to create new products, upgrade and to maintain the existing products. He also continues to support tooling development and engineering design reviews as well as works with departmental supervisors and personal to expedite new and rework tooling.
He has achieved various certifications in tube, pipe and roll forming technology throughout his career.
Tim Nahm is a technical advisor and technical service coordinator at Roll-Kraft. He has been with the company for 11 years and has over 30 years of experience in the tube and pipe industry.
Tim began his career at Roll-Kraft as a project manager for the equipment portion of the business, working on fully integrated lines for many tube and pipe and roll forming companies, from conception to installation and startup, and all phases in between.
Prior to joining Roll-Kraft, Tim gained a wide variety of experience in the tube and pipe field by working in various roles, such as mill operator, supervisor, and engineer, to name a few. This allowed Tim to bring a broad knowledge base to his position at Roll-Kraft.
Tim currently serves as a technical advisor to tube and pipe customers, providing expertise regarding troubleshooting, setups, and on-site training. He is also a contributor to Roll-Kraft’s online “Ask the Doctor” technical feature. He performs on-location mill evaluations and assists customers in enhancing their mill integrity.
Chaz Rau has been with Roll-Kraft for 14 years and brings a diverse knowledge of design to the table. Coming from the mold design industry, Chaz used his experience to quickly play a key role as a custom tooling and fixture engineer. He was the main player in implementing Solidworks into Roll-Kraft’s equipment and custom fixture design process as he had extensive knowledge of the software upon being hired.
Chaz is responsible for the day to day activities of the roll form tooling department which includes time studies to implement lean initiatives, process improvements, quality standards, departmental standardization and custom tooling and fixture designs. Chaz also conducts internal cross departmental roll form design training in order to increase throughput capacity of the entire engineering department.
He is a member of the Tech Team which spans tube and pipe as well as roll form technical issues internally and externally. Chaz is well versed in Autocad, Solidworks and Copra.
Outside of Roll-Kraft, Chaz coaches 10U travel hockey for the Mentor Hockey organization which is a member of the nationally recognized USA Hockey Association.
Matt Hozjan is a tooling development technician and service technician at Roll-Kraft. He has been with the company for 12 years and has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and quality control technologies.
Matt began his career at Roll-Kraft; manufacturing roll tooling, and starting up the current calibration program. After two years he transitioned into the equipment portion of the business as the equipment assembly supervisor, organizing and scheduling jobs, training, and assembly/testing of fully integrated lines for tube, pipe, and roll forming companies.
Matt currently serves as a tooling development technician including testing roll tooling in house and at customer’s facilities; tool matching, troubleshooting, mill alignments as well as performing on location mill evaluations and training on mill maintenance.
Matt completed a certificate program in quality control technology at Lakeland Community College, and has attended various roll forming seminars, and workshops. He was also a coach for the Roll-Kraft sponsored high school robotics team, teaching the students manufacturing, design, assembly, documentation and safety.
Frank Lowery is a Tooling Development Technician at Roll-Kraft. He has been with the company for seven years and is well known in the industry having over 20 years experience in tube and pipe and roll forming.
Prior to joining Roll-Kraft, Frank gained a vast background of knowledge in the industry by running mills, doing first time product runs, being a lead setup technician, working in maintenance as a millwright, and working with engineering, both process and mechanical, to solve an infinite array of issues throughout his career.
Frank is responsible for the testing of new tooling at Roll-Kraft and at customer’s facilities. He is a part of the engineering team, working together from the beginning design stages of the tooling and seeing it through to the actual product testing and development. He communicates with the customers throughout the process keeping them informed of the progress all the way to sample approval. Frank also travels to customer’s facilities to do training, troubleshoot tooling and mill issues (both of Roll-Kraft tooling and competitors), as well as working with engineering to improve their process.
Frank has completed several college classes, working towards a degree in mechanical design engineering, and has other certificates of achievement in the tube and pipe and roll forming industries. Frank is currently training within, on our Copra software developing flowers and doing roll form tooling design.
