Roll-Kraft is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Lowery to the position of Senior Technical Performance Specialist, responsible for leading the roll form service and tryout departments. He will also work with the engineering department on the upfront development and design of roll form tooling.

Lowery will oversee customer requests to test their rolls at Roll-Kraft after manufacturing, but before shipment, helping ensure first-time performance upon delivery to their facility. He will welcome customers who come to Roll-Kraft to visibly observe their rolls in full production, walking them through each stage of the operation, a process which will give confidence to the customer as they prepare to manufacture products in their plant.

Also, it will be his responsibility to respond to calls for in-house assistance by analyzing the need, and, if necessary, arranging for an immediate trip to their facility. The ability to provide excellent service at critical times assures customers of a commitment to their success.
